How do I unsubscribe?

My child has completed the program/we have finished the trial but do not wish to continue. How do I cancel my home subscription?

To cancel your home subscription, please follow these steps:

If you subscribed from your iPad

• On your iPad, tap 'Settings'

• Tap on your name at the top left of your screen

• Tap 'Subscriptions'

• Under the 'ACTIVE' heading, tap ReadingDoctor

• Tap 'Cancel Subscription'

If you subscribed via a web browser using a PC, Mac or Chromebook, you will not be charged when your 2 week free trial finishes. If you have an existing paid subscription and you want to cancel it:

• Log in to your Parent Dashboard and enter the parent Username and Password that were emailed to you when you started your trial/subscription.

• In your dashboard, click the "Account" button at the top of the page: 

• Click the 'Unsubscribe' button below the child you wish to unsubscribe:

Please note that you can cancel your home subscription at any time. Subscriptions are paid annually. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the program for the remainder of the subscription period, but your subscription will not be renewed at the anniversary of your subscription.
