Your child's school needs to have a subscription to ReadingDoctor® Online for you to be able to access the program from home. Reading Doctor Online includes other tools to help your child’s teachers work on specific skills, set homework and monitor student progress. Your child’s teachers have their own separate logins to access these features.

Please ask your child's teacher for your child's username and password. If your child's school is unable to get a subscription, you can contact us to purchase an individual subscription.

If your child is using ReadingDoctor® Online and you're wondering why they are repeating activities and not progressing to the next level, here's what you should know:
If your child is using ReadingDoctor® Online and you're wondering why they are repeating activities and not progressing to the next level, here's what you should know:
- Activities need to be completed with 80% accuracy before the next activity is unlocked. If your child scores between 50% and 80%, the activity will be repeated. If they score 50% or less, an easier activity will be presented.
- The ReadingDoctor® Online program is designed to gradually reduce support in activities. This means students may feel they are not progressing, but they are actually working through the same teaching targets with less help.
- The program includes revision activities to reinforce learning.
If you think the activities are too easy or too hard, you can adjust the difficulty level for your child, as described below.

If your child is using the program through their school's subscription, their teacher can adjust the difficulty level for them. Please contact your child's teacher to let them know!

If you have purchased a subscription to the program, you can adjust the difficulty level for your child through your Parent Dashboard. However, please note that changing the difficulty level will result in your child losing their progress to date because this action restarts their sequence.
