How do I subscribe?

My free trial has finished. How do I purchase a subscription?

If you have completed you free two-week trial with your child, you can keep using the program by purchasing a subscription. A year's subscription costs $99AUD. To purchase a subscription

• Log in to your Dashboard by clicking the link here and entering the parent Username and Password that were emailed to you when you started your trial.

• In your dashboard, click the "Account" button at the top of the page: 

Alternatively, at the bottom right of the screen, click the 'Renew Now' button for the child whose trial has finished: 

• Fill in the required details and click 'Pay Now' to be taken to our secure payment gateway:

To subscribe:

1. Select the child or children for whom you wish to purchase a subscription

2. Select your currency

3. Click the 'Add' button

4. Click 'Pay Now'

5. Enter your payment details and press 'Pay Now'
